Attorney Bio

Mr. Ricciardelli has practiced Workers Compensation Law since 1992.  He was previously an In-House lawyer for a major insurance company, assigned to that insurance company's Workers Compensation Department.  He later joined a large, regional defense law firm.  He rose to the level of Shareholder and Manager of that law firm's Northern New Jersey Workers Compensation Department.  In 2001 Mr. Ricciardelli opened his own law firm.  The firm is dedicated to obtaining benefits for the injured worker. 

Mr. Ricciardelli has handled every type of Workers Comp lawsuit imaginable.  He has literally handled thousands of these lawsuits.  He is a Founding Member of the New Jersey Workers Compensation Inn of Court and rose to the level of Master in that organization.  He is a Member of the Workers Compensation Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.  He is also a prominent member of his community who is involved in various professional organizations and is also a Volunteer Firefighter with the Morris Township Fire Department.
